1999-Present,  Director of the Florida State Professional Development Program

• Manage Florida State University’s Professional Development and Distance Learning Unit, which annually offers more than 2,100 on-site professional development programs. In addition offer many online courses including a financial planning certificate program that has students from over 30 countries and continuing legal education for lawyers throughout the state of Florida. A wide range of specialized computer training is offered throughout the state, including the FSU webmaster certificate program, Oracle DBA certification, and MCSE. Also, coordinate many department sponsored programs like the Florida Certified Public Manager Program, a nationally recognized, comprehensive training and development programs for public sector managers at all levels of state and local government.

• Directed the design and development of PALMS (Professional Adult Learning Management System), the Center’s core administrative e-tool for managing and delivering its programs.

• Led the Center’s emedia team to create the University’s Institutional Effectiveness Portal, a web based tool designed to measure teaching and learning results.

• Provide guidance in the management of the university’s learning management system.

• Taught a masters level course in Housing program – Introduction to Residential Development.

• Serve on the CIO’s advisory board to provide input on campus wide IT decisions.

• Started the Florida Government Technology Conference (1992) and have been the Keynote speaker on three occasions while serving as the Secretary of Management Services. This conference is the major technology expo and training event for state agency technical personnel.

• Offer webcasting services to State Agencies.

• Provide the infrastructure to deliver e-vents and leverage social media.
