Completed an $11,000,000, 48 unit resort condominium, marina and restaurant project in Carrabelle Florida. Responsible for all aspects of the development of the project including financing, marketing, architectural design, construction management, marina and restaurant amenities, planning and business management.


1999-2003, Consultant for BellSouth,  Atlanta Georgia

Provided expertise as a consultant in the areas of Process Management, Web Application Design and “Smart” Facilities.

• Designed and developed “web tools” to streamline processes and improve productivity in several areas. Served as a member of the design team to develop BellSouth’s employee portal, seen as key to improve employee services and reduce administrative costs. Also designed the new “on-boarding” web based, integrated process taking new employees from filling out an on-line application, going through the training program and finally, putting in a 40 hour week on the job. Help to design Staffing Central, a web based solution to manage internal staffing.

• Served on the planning team for BellSouth’s Metro Project, a three-site, 6 million sq. ft., multiphase office project. Provided knowledge of the elements necessary to design and deliver a “high performance workplace” similar to the state of Florida’s.


1978-1990 Partner, Tichenor & Lindner, Architects,  Sarasota Florida

Provided architectural services statewide specializing in housing with significant projects in office development, industrial parks, commercial centers, malls and hotels (most notable, the Hyatt in Key West). Employed 20 people with gross annual billings of approximately $3 million.

• During the early 1980s, developed computerized billing and time accounting systems to increase the architectural firm’s productivity.

• Expanded into project development with the establishment of Comprehensive Development Inc. Between 1985 and 1990, the development company was involved in the financing, land acquisition, design, construction coordination and marketing for several professional offices, an industrial park and a bay front, single family neighborhood.

• Formed Dream Home Designer in 1988. Between 1988 and 1990, the Dream Home team developed a computer-based interactive design and marketing tool for homebuilders. Utilizing personal computers and a graphical user interface, contractors were able to take their customers on an electronic tour of the look and layout of their new dream home.

1974-1978 Designer / Contractor,  Atlanta Georgia

Worked with high-end single family contractors, supplying design and construction documents. Provided design/build services for custom homes.


1972-1974, Bodziak & Tichenor, Architects,  Sarasota Florida

Designed housing for the firm. Their speciality was multifamily housing developments.
